Rotary Press Flexo Printed Labels

Our rotary press flexo machine is able to print 4 cf/1cb. With this process of printing we are able to match any color requested or if you have a swatch to mach we can color match. Also with this process we are limitless of the type of material we can print on.

For example – Satin Materials, Cotton Sheeting, Polyester Twill Tape, Cotton Twill Tape, Elastic, Sheer Materials, Acetate Materials, Tyvek, and many more. If its not listed feel free to drop us an email.

Woven Labels

Woven labels we can produce in various materials which are damask, satin, or a high denier damask, and we are able to finish the label in the following folds.End fold, Straight cut, Center fold, Mitre fold, Book Fold or simply continuous on rolls.

 

Thermal Process

Using this process of printing we are able to have production ready within a 24 hr. period. Though we are limited to the type of material that we can print on. The material that allows us to produce in the quickest production time is limited to two types of material which are white satin, ivory satin, black satin, or nylon  materials. The print colors are also limited to white ink or black ink.

With that being said we are still able to finish the label in the following folds.  For example end fold, center fold, straight cut, or produce on continuous.

Hang Tags

As for printing hang tags we are able to produce from your basic rectangle tag with hole punch to something a bit more elegant with a string, pin, and eyelet. I Am Labels can also produce die cut hang tags. We can print multi color, front and back, embossed, de-bossed uv coating, matte finish, foil finish, and silk finish, book fold hang tags, and much more!

 

Heat Transfers

As for heat transfers we can print from your basic to raised transfer. We can also print multi color and size is always custom.
